It's that time again!!! 2026 School Survey https://surveys.panoramaed.com/nycdoe/login Instructions for Families For Families Step 1: Get What You Need to Start. If your child attends an NYCPS or Charter School, you will need your child's nine-digit student identification number (OSIS) to begin the survey online. You can find the OSIS number on your child's report card or student ID. If you cannot locate it, contact Ms. Ivory, our Parent Coordinator. 2: Enter Your Access Code. Do not add any letters or spaces before or after the access code. Step 3: Complete the Survey! Help your child's Advisory Class win A class prize for the most surveys collected. Parents/Guardians can also win Gifts cards for completing the survey
